what I meant to say...

Even though Gabe was saying a-gigi, I think he meant to say:
"let me eat your nose, Daddy!"
Daddy better watch out since we
have a mouth-full of sharp
little baby teeth!

in the basket!

Even though Gabriel couldn't figure out why mommy put him in the clothes hamper, he enjoyed himself for about five minutes...just enough time for me to snap a dozen or so pictures of him playing with the clean towels!

How smart am I?

Gabe loves his "Where's Elmo" book...he loves it so much that he decided to read it to himself! He loves to sit up and look all around him while squeezing his book or his giraffe.

in the bumbo

Even though I like to sit up on my own, daddy puts me in the bumbo so I don't knock myself out on the hardwood floors. Plus, I can pull and tug at my giraffe and all is good!

who's that doggy in the window?

This is the sad reality in our household...Gabriel gazing lovingly at the dog while Boo gazes lovingly at us! But, Gabe is determined to catch Boo's attention and now that he's starting to eat some messy solids, Boo is finally starting to see him as a little person...or potential "giver of treats" !

Big boy seat

Welcome to the big boy seat, Gabriel! On 10/10, we moved up from the infant seat to the big boy convertible chair. Grandma and Grandpa told us he looked like a stuffed sausage those last few weeks in the car seat so we made the move. Gabe like his chair and now he can stretch out and enjoy the ride!

Why aren't you feeding me?

It's dinner time and Gabe can't imagine why pictures are more important than food!
